The Florida Gators have added two more members to their class of 2026 on Sunday: Four-star wide receiver Justin Williams and three-star offensive tackle Chancellor Campbell took to social media to announce their verbal commitment to Billy Napier and company.

Williams is a dynamic playmaker from Gainesville who, prior to this weekend, didn't seem like he was on the verge of committing, but was also a player Florida had a great chance of landing.

Listed at 5'11" and 190 pounds, Williams became the first high school player in the state of Florida since NFL legend Devin Hester to amass over 1,000 yards receiving and 1,000 rushing in a single season.

We profiled Williams over the weekend, and before he committed to Florida, we said:

"On film, Williams lines up litteraly everywhere. He will line up out wide, in the backfield, or even as a wildcat.

It's no secret what Williams wants to do, yet seemingly no one has the answer for how to stop him. He has the speed to get behind secondaries but still has the hands to make contested catches as needed.

Even though he is "just" 5'11" and 190 pounds, he eats contact in the backfield and keeps going like a running back who is 210 pounds."

Florida adds offensive tackle Chancellor Campbell to the class of 2026

Campbell is a three-star offensive tackle from St. Petersburg. He is listed at 6'8" and between 290 and 310 pounds.

Campbell has been seen as a Gator lean for quite some time and even when he narrowed his list down to his final five, Florida was the only school inside the Sunshine State to make the list.

When we profiled Campbell a couple of weeks ago after he announced his final five, we said:

"On film, there is a hint of a mean streak to Campbell. He is not afraid to play through to the whistle to drive his guy into the ground. He also has some decent feet to him and does well when guys try spin moves and other techniques to try and get past him.

He doesn't necessarily rag doll guys, and for now, the three-star ranking is fair. But if his size listed on 247 is accurate, he could slowly start to be one of the more hidden gems in this class."

Florida climbing the rankings for 2026

The two commitments bring Florida up to six commits for the class of 2026. They are still lagging behind the rest of the SEC and are ranked just 14th in the 247 Team Rankings, but five of these six commits have come in the last month, and Florida seems to be in the lead for several others.

This summer has gone much better for Florida compared to last summer in terms of recruiting, and the hope is for the Gators to continue to close on a number of prospects to give the class of 2026 a solid base to work with heading into the actual season.
