Florida Gators 5-Star Recruits: Have They Turned in 5-Star College Careers?
2013: No. 2 Linebacker, No. 28 overall
UF Career: Undetermined, 2015 should be a breakout year
You may not know his name just quite yet, but the story of Alex Anzalone could be written in 2015 in a big way.
Rated the 2nd best inside linebacker of his class, Anzalone graduated early from Wyomissing Are High School in Pennsylvania.
Anzalone played in 10 games as a freshman and 12 more games as a sophomore, in both years coming off the bench.
He had more of a productive year in 2014 where he managed to get 14 tackles, one being for a loss.
Now he is presumably set to start at ROLB with senior MLB tackling machine Antonio Morrison, so the pressure is on Anzalone to have his breakout season for the Gators.

With one of the best defensive coverage unit in football and a core group of veterans on the defensive line, Anzalone should be free to make plays and create havoc from the linebacker position.
