UF Career: Good but could’ve been great
D.J. Humphries was the best offensive line prospect to commit to Florida since Rivals began grading prospects and his talent showed why immediately.
As a true freshman, Humphries appeared in 12 games, including starting three of them. Humphries received a grade of 80 percent or higher in six of those games and was named to the Freshmen All-American team.
Humphries suffered a bit of a setback in his second year where he was limited to playing seven games before suffering a season-ending injury.
The North Carolina native rebounded in his final year, playing 10 of the Gators games before declaring for the 2015 NFL Draft.
Humphries was eventually selected 24th by the Arizona Cardinals and has a shot at winning the starting right tackle spot in 2015.
