After all of the drama (and Todd Golden's own input to the situation), Alabama's former NBA G-League player Charles Bediako returned to Gainesville to face the Florida Gators.

To put it simply, the game didn't go to plan for the Crimson Tide or Bediako as the Gators secured a 100-77 victory.

During Bediako's return to Gainesville, he not only fouled out and scored just six points (while giving up two turnovers), but he was also absolutey badgers by the Florida fans in attendance. Since the conference matchup, a video of the home fans harassing Bediako has only gotten more traction.

Florida doesn't exactly welcome back Charles Bediako nicely

When Bediako went to the charity stripe for a free throw, the crowd started shouting "G-League dropout" in an attempt to get into the Alabama returnee's head.

While Bediako still made the free-throw attempt, it was one of the few good moments in his far-from-ideal performance against the Gators.

Bediako shot just 50 percent from the field and made just two free throws to reach his six-point total on the night. Sure, he earned seven rebounds and four blocks, but his five personal fouls sent him to the bench after just 24 minutes on the court and had the fans on his case all over again.

Of course, all of these tempestuous feelings came when Bediako announced he was returning to Alabama after spending two years in the G-League, and failing to ever make it to "the show."

Then, Florida head coach Todd Golden made sure to chime in with his two cents on the situation, saying that even with Bediako on the roster, the Gators would secure a dominant win over the Tide.

Simply put, Bediako probably doesn't have a lot of warm feelings about Gainesville or the Gators right now, but Florida can enjoy the 23-point victory for a few more days before visiting the Texas A&M Aggies later this week.

Florida and Alabama aren't scheduled to play again in the regular season, but could easily match up against one another in the SEC Tournament or the NCAA Tournament next month. Either way, it'd be yet another great opportunity to put Bediako in his place.
