One of the more intriguing prospects in Florida’s class of 2027 is DL Stive-Bentley Keumajou. His star ranking is a consensus three-star across all major services, and at first glance, his pure size is solid but not anything that immediately jumps out (6’2” and 295 pounds).
But the calling card for Keumajou is that he is a freakish athlete who is still learning the sport of football. And a recent clip posted on social media highlights the pure strength of Keumajou that is only going to get better and better.
Stive-Bentley Keumajou hits an impressive bench press
In a video posted to his X account, Keumajou showed himself bench pressing 340 pounds, and looked like he probably could have gone up another 10+ pounds. Keeping in mind that he is still just a junior in high school, that is an impressive mark, and it’s not hard to envision him getting up to 380 pounds and beyond once he arrives in Gainesville.

Keumajou is unique because he just moved to America from England last year, and he is still so raw to the game of American football. But Keumajou has the pure athleticism, where he also plays basketball and the version of football they play in England. He has an 81-inch wingspan and when you add it all together, his ceiling is significantly higher than many of those ranked around him. As Andrew Ivins of 247 put it, “Must keep improving technique as pad level tends to rise, but has a chance to eventually be a difference-maker on Saturdays if it all comes together.”
Keumajou committed to Florida earlier in the month. According to his 247 profile, he has official visits lined up with Florida, Auburn, Miami, and Georgia, so despite his star ranking, he is still a well-sought-after prospect by an array of Power Four schools.
One has to wonder, though, if Keumajou continues to display strength like this and he goes out and has a big-time season with Coral Gables this fall, if he can rise up and become a four-star by the time he steps on campus for real.
