One of the hallmarks of the Billy Napier Era was the number of international prospects the Gators brought to Gainesville. They were intriguing players, but seldom did they get meaningful snaps.

With Jon Sumrall in town, he is now hoping to uncover a potential diamond in the rough out of Coral Gables who has international ties of his own.

Stive-Bentley Keumajou projected to commit to Florida

Stive-Bentley Keumajou is a defensive lineman out of Coral Gables by way of England. Listed at 6’3” and 295 pounds, he is a three-star prospect across the board with 247 having him the highest as the 36th best defensive lineman in the country.

It’s tough to properly evaluate Keumajou because there isn’t much film on him, but there are clips floating around of him not only along the line of scrimmage, but Keumajou also plays basketball and soccer. He moves well for someone of his size, and it is more so just his technical abilities that have prevented him from moving into the four-star range. But Florida has been high on Keumajou because he is still so new to football, and he only moved to America last year.

Andrew Ivins of 247 said last month:

“Must keep improving technique as pad level tends to rise, but has a chance to eventually be a difference-maker on Saturdays if it all comes together.”

Florida was in early on Keumajou, and it seems it might pay off for now. Rivals has logged a projection for Keumajou to commit to Florida. Keumajou will also be on campus this weekend as part of a busy recruiting weekend.

Auburn, Texas, Georgia, Miami, and Kentucky are among the notable schools that have offered Keumajou since 2026 began, so even if he does commit, we suspect his recruitment will still be a winding journey.

As it stands, Florida has just two commits for the class of 2027: CB Amare Nuget and TE Jackson Ballinger.
