It's amazing what a coaching change can do to rekindle a sense of hope with the Florida Gators, but there is no denying that while Florida comes into Jacksonville against Georgia as the underdogs, one can actually envision a pathway to pull off the upset.

There are still real flaws with the Gators they will need to answer, but with some tricks up their sleeves, anything is possible today at the World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party.

As we highlighted earlier in the week, the core flaw with Georgia is that they don't sack opposing QBs, and they don't generate interceptions. So while the Bulldogs have a great run defense, one has to wonder if interim coach Billy Gonzales to going to find ways for DJ Lagway to take advantage with a clean pocket.

Gonzales has hinted that Florida is going to spread the ball out more and is going to look to get their playmakers more involved. This sounds great in theory, and Florida fans have been asking to spread things out rather than run the two tight end sets that weren't working, but we just don't know what it will look like in practice.

There is also the fact that Vernell Brown III and Aidan Mizell are going to miss this game. The Gators do still have options at wide receiver, but that list will get thin in a hurry if anyone gets hurt.

But it's the fact that Georgia doesn't know what is coming either that gives a real feeling of hope. Under the Napier Era, one could practically guess what was coming next, and while we imagine there will still be some leftover plays, there should be at least some unpredictability to keep Georgia on its toes.

Last year turned into a bit of a rock fight. We have a feeling this year could turn into a bit of a shootout, and it's just a matter of whether the Gators have the horses to keep up.
