Florida blew out LIU 55-0 in a game that was basically over by kickoff. On offense, the Gators only punted once and had no turnovers on the night.
But that doesn't mean every Gator on offense had an amazing night, so there are our report card grades for every offensive player who took at least ten snaps on Saturday.
Florida Gator Report Card Grades
A
- Austin Barber
- Jake Slaughter
- Vernell Brown III
- Mark Faircloth
- Jadan Baugh
Barber and Slaughter held the fort down and were barely challenged the entire night by LIU. Faircloth came in, took 32 snaps at left tackle, and had a clean night.
Brown III and Baugh were the two best skill players the Gators had on the field on Saturday and it wasn't even close.
B
- Roderick Kearney
- Hayden Hansen
- Tramell Jones Jr.
- DJ Lagway
- J. Michael Sturdivant
- Caden Jones
- Tony Livingston
- Eugene Wilson III
- TJ Abrams
- Taylor Spierto
- Anthony Rubio
Both QBs for Florida were perfectly fine, but neither was game-breaking on Saturday. They had a combined 36 attempts for just 256 yards, but did throw five touchdowns and no interceptions.
Wilson III and Sturdivant were mostly invisible and would have earned a C, but both did have a nice touchdown grab, so we'll give them a B. Same goes for Spierto coming on late and getting his first TD.
Kearney and Jones weren't dominant, but they held their own, and both Hansen and Livingston showcased standard tight end play, but both also had a TD.
C
- Jason Zandamela
- Amir Jackson
- Knijeah Harris
- Damieon George Jr.
- Duke Clark
- Naeshaun Montgomery
Zandamels, George Jr., and Harris were a bit more shaky along the offensive line, and neither were they bulldozers in the run game.
Jackson, Clark, and Montgomery all got a couple of touches, but all had minimal impact.
D
- Kamryn Waites
- Muizz Tounkara
- Tank Hawkins
- Ja'Kobi Jackson
- Jackson Wade
- KD Daniels
- Trey Smack
There is no getting around the fact that Waites did not have a great night to open 2025. He gave up two hurries, and his run blocking wasn't amazing.
All the other guys on this list are skill position guys who got a decent number of snaps, but all of them did next to nothing with those snaps. Jackson had seven carries for 16 yards while Daniels had four carries for nine yards.
Hawkins, Wade, and Tounkara all had a single catch, but that was the only time their name was called.
Smack did hit a deep field goal to save him from an F, but two misses from basically 40 yards can't happen moving forward.
F
- Bryce Lovett
It was not a great night for Lovett, who gave up four hurries at right tackle and didn't look like he was ready at all for the moment.
