This season has been... far from ideal for the Florida Gators. With no head coach, a 3-8 overall record, and just two wins against conference opponents, the year turned from bad to worse rather quickly.
Even players, like starting quarterback DJ Lagway, have expressed their fatigue this season, but one group hasn't decided to quit quite yet.
Despite the terrible record, the Gator fanbase has continued to show up to support its favorite team, even selling out Florida's last game of the year against the Florida State Seminoles.
Florida faithful continues to show up in droves
For the 18th game in a row, Florida has sold out its home-game tickets, filling The Swamp to the brim as teams come to Gainesville. To put the surprising consistency into further context, the Gators have won only half of their last 18 home games.
While fans might express their frustrations with head coaches like Billy Napier or poor play-making decisions by players, they continue to show up for the Gators.

The Seminoles aren't exactly a formidable program this season, even though they started the year with an upset victory over the Alabama Crimson Tide. However, it's still an in-state rivalry matchup, so maybe it really shouldn't be all that surprising that fans are flocking to the game.
Luckily for the 88,000+ college football fans in attendance, the Gators are slight favorites over the 'Noles, projected to win by just 1.5 points, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
This weekend, following a festive Thanksgiving week, Florida and Florida State are scheduled to kick off at 4:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, Nov. 29, and the game will be broadcast on ESPN2.
