Barstool's 'Big Cat' expresses confidence in Florida on FOX's Big Noon Kickoff

While Dave Portnoy gets the lion's share of the attention at Barstool, the guy from that outfit that actually knows what he's talking about is Dan Katz, better known as the "Big Cat" from the 'Pardon My Take' podcast.

And thankfully, Fox's Big Noon Kickoff had Katz in Chicago helping Brady Quinn and Mark Ingram with game analysis, and where most big cats tend to side with the Tigers, this one appears to be more intrigued by the Gators.

Katz said that he expects a strong effort from Florida today, not necessarily because they are playing for Billy Napier's job, but because they match up well with LSU.

'"I think Florida, obviously, last week... Napier is on the hot seat, more than the hot seat. I think [Florida] will have their best effort tonight," Katz said. "LSU hasn't been able to run the ball very well this year. I think Florida is going to be able to stop LSU's run, make them throw the ball. I think it's going to be a tighter game than people expect. It's one of those games you look at and say, 'Oh, LSU -7.5, they've got that little number 3 next to them, you've got to take LSU', No, you've got to take Florida."

The big news for Florida is that Caleb Banks will be back on that defensive line and his presence could tilt the scales significantly.

Banks made himself a lot of money last year against LSU by completely wrecking their offensive line, finishing with six tackles, a sack and a forced fumble. If Banks is truly at 100 percent and ready to roll, he has the ability to match that effort tonight in Death Valley.
