As the Florida Gators get ready to take on LSU in Death Valley with hopes of righting the ship, Florida is slated to get back a key member of the roster who missed the first two weeks of the season.

There is, however, one new injury on the list to keep an eye on ahead of Saturday's game.

Caleb Banks should be good to go

We thought Caleb Banks was going to be ready for the USF game, but he wound up sitting out. He has not appeared on the injury report list that the Gators have sent out this week and it appears is going to give it a go against LSU.

Banks was hurt late in training camp and also missed the game against LIU.

Last year, Banks had a field day against LSU and was a key cog for the defensive line that caused all sorts of problems for the Tigers.

Michai Boireau ruled out

Just as Florida is slated to get back Banks, fellow defensive tackle Michai Boireau popped up as questionable on Thursday's report after he wasn't on the initial Wednesday report.

Then on the Friday night report, he was listed as out.

The sophomore played 39 snaps against USF after playing just 11 snaps against LIU. He was credited with four total tackles against USF, one solo and three assists.

Brendan Bett will play

After spitting on USF, there was some outcry that Billy Napier needed to suspend Brendan Bett.

But Napier dodged the question on Monday on whether or not he was going to suspend Bett, claiming they "hadn't decided," then Bett released an apology and he wasn't listed as "out" on Wednesday, which he would have been if he had been suspended.

Still no Dallas Wilson

Whatever it is that happened to freshman wide receiver Dallas Wilson, it's safe to say it's not minor.

Wilson was listed as "out" on Wednesday and will miss his third straight game.

The Rest

None of the remaining players on the "out" list was a surprise. LJ McCray is the most notable, given that he missed the LIU game, then took four snaps against USF before having to leave, and now it's been reported that he is getting surgery for a broken foot.

Treyaun Webb, Scott Isacks, Fletcher Westphal, and Micheal Caraway Jr. are also going to be out for LSU.
