The Florida Gators are 4-0 and could be headed into the top 10 of the AP Top 25 Poll after a 52-28 win over No. 4 Ole Miss. It was another standout day for the offense, which racked up nearly 500 yards in an impressive display of dominance over the Rebels.
Now everything feels like it's on the table for Florida. The Gators are a legitimate threat for the CFP 12-team bracket and will be staring down some potentially huge games against Georgia and Texas in the next few weeks.
There's still plenty of business to take care of before we get there, so here are the winners and losers from Week 4:

Winner: The scoreboard at the Swamp is getting a workout
In the three games at the Swamp, Florida has averaged 56.7 points. Lightning up Florida Atlantic and Campbell were expected, but hanging a 52-point on a top-5 team? That was nice to see. Buster Faulkner is a heck of an offensive mind, and he's not going to be in Gainesville for many days after the clock strikes midnight on December 31, 2026. That's just the way it is, and Jon Sumrall deserves plenty of credit for hiring Faulkner and letting him do his thing.
The 2026 Gators offense is on a historic pace. Florida's first national championship team in 1996 remains the standard, averaging 60.7 points over its first three home games that season and the Gators averaged 55.6 points in its first three games in 2007, which was Tim Tebow's Heisman season.
Winner: Jadan Baugh and the Duke are a two-headed monster.
Ok, we know that Jadan Baugh is the truth. The future Doak Walker Award winner and Heisman finalist did his thing, rushing for 142 yards and three touchdowns, but now he's got a running mate in Duke Clark. The freshman from Tampa rushed for 126 yards and a 45-yard touchdown on 12 carries. Florida rushed for 302 yards, with Baugh and Clark handling most of the duties. Clark has established himself as the No. 2 in the backfield and continues to earn the trust of the coaches. The Gators running game will only get better.

Winner: The Swamp is the best home-field advantage in the SEC again
When Florida football is good, there is no tougher place in football than Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. This was the biggest game in the Swamp since Florida hosted No. 1 Alabama in 2021, and the crowd was ready. The Gators quickly gave them something to cheer about, and Ole Miss wasn't ready for the team on the field or the fans who were ready to push them to greatness.
Loser: The defense is still working out some kinks
There was a lot to like about the defense, especially when you think about the challenge of facing Trinidad Chambliss. For the most part, the unit bent at times, but didn't completely break. The Rebels had some very quick scoring drives — two of their three touchdown drives lasted under two minutes. Again, there was nothing to be angry about and the Gators forced a couple of turnovers, but there are still things to work on.
Loser: Micah Mays is completely out of the picture
Mays was expected to be among the Gators' top four wide receivers, but after struggles against FAU and Campbell, the Wake Forest transfer has been relegated to special teams. Not every transfer is going to work out, and this one looks like a bad fit, but hopefully Mays will stay engaged and be ready if his number is called.
