Florida Football: Sweet Home Alabama

The headliner of Florida’s 2023 class is probably the biggest win Napier had on the recruiting trail. He went into Alabama and took a top 50 recruit that Nick Saban was after and brought him to Gainesville.

Kelby Collins is 6-4, and 265 pounds and can come into The Swamp and instantly get snaps for the 2023 season. His film is a combination of speed and power and with added weight could move into the interior of the defensive line.

For those that cling to the narrative that Napier can’t recruit, the signing of Collins is a sign that Napier is capable of winning battles.
