Florida Football Outside Linebackers

The linebackers for Florida will have a decent amount of experience, but will also feature a number of freshmen.

Last season under defensive coordinator Todd Grantham, this unit was frequently asked to be aggressive but also struggled with gap assignments and general alignment.

Given Florida’s schedule this year, and the number of mobile QBs utilizing spread offenses, it will be interesting how many linebackers get utilized in key moments compared to being switched out for a cornerback or safety.
