Florida football: Trevor Etienne set to commit
By TJ Ostrander
4-star running back Trevor Etienne, the brother of Travis – former Clemson star, and first-round draft pick of the Jacksonville Jaguars- is set to commit at the 2022 All-America Bowl. Etienne has previously been predicted to sign with Billy Napier and his Florida football program.
It will come to down to three choices for Etienne, and it is not a completely done deal yet. The Gators saw on early signing day that anything can happen, they reeled in 5-star Kamari Wilson away from Georgia. Florida football is desperate for a highly rated offensive recruit, Napier has signed just one, 4-star, tight end Tony Livingston.
LSU and Clemson are the other two schools that Etienne is considering, and he has strong ties to both schools. Etienne is from Louisiana so you can never rule out a late push by the home school. especially when they have a traditionally strong powerhouse program. Clemson has been on the radar for Etienne due to his brothers past success for the Tigers.
His announcement will be made sometime during the All-America Bowl today. Etienne tweeted that it would be made around 1 PM ET.
