Florida Football: Way-too-early game-by-game predictions for 2020

Derek Mason may be going into his last season at Vanderbilt after a rough 2019 campaign. A season where Vandy finished 3-9, placing them dead last in the SEC East.
I’m not necessarily sure that the hardships will end in 2020. Perhaps, leading the Commodores to find a new coach.
Mason has lost his leading rusher, Ke’Shawn Vaughn, a tailback who managed to gain over 1,000 yards in 2019.
To make matters worse, we can expect Mason’s offensive line struggles to continue. This will throw a wrench into a quarterback squad that uniformly struggled throwing the ball to the right jersey.
Vandy quarterbacks threw for a measly ten touchdowns combined and added 10 interceptions to the mix last year.
Defensively, the Commodores finished 13th in overall team defense, a statistic that I believe will stick for the upcoming year.
Prediction
Florida football will display a lethargic performance, coming off their first loss to Georgia; however, the skill difference will be the game-changer against the inferior team.
Dan Mullen will punish Mason’s defense on the ground after displaying a weak rushing attack the week before.
On the opposite side of the ball, Florida’s defense should show few signs of weakness and Coach Mullen will ultimately use his team’s size and skill advantage to route an easy win.
