Florida football: Noah Keeter transfers to Florida
For Florida football, it has been an incredible couple of weeks. The Gators won the Orange Bowl against Virginia Cavaliers 36-28 in Miami, but that was not their biggest win.
This may sound weird, but Florida football winning the Orange Bowl but not their biggest win? But the biggest win they had was once again off the field in the recruiting department.
Florida football has been a beast in the recruiting and all since the season ended. They just captured the highly recruited WR Xzavier Henderson out of Miami.
In the weeks preceding the Gators landed a couple of brothers, Former Texas WR Jordan Pouncey and his brother, cornerback Ethan Pouncey. How about Jaquavion Fraziars, Joshua Braun, and Mordecai McDaniel.
These are guys that have joined the Gator family since December 1st! That is what Coach Mullen and his staff have done, recruit, and have done as good as anyone this year. The Gators also landed one more transfer, Noah Keeter.
LB Noah Keeter, Transfer from UCLA
Keeter is a Gainsville Native out of Buchholz High School. As a transfer, he will most likely sit out the 2020 season but he will have three years of eligibility left.
He is a very quick outside rusher that has the size 6-5 218, and speed to get around the tackle. He had 22 sacks and 28 tackles for losses in high school. He reminds me a lot of Jonathan Gerard, the same force and want to get to a QB.

He will fit in well with Tyreak Sapp, Keeter coming from one side and Sapp from the other is a powerful combination. They ensure that Florida football’s reputation for great defensive linemen will continue for a long time to come.
In 2021, when Keeter will be eligible, there will be a new era of defensive linemen that will be running with the defense. along with Keeter and Sapp, the D-line will have Gervon Dexter, Antwaun Powell, Jalen Lee, Lamar Goods, and Christopher Thomas.
Each brings the Gator style and will prove to be one of the keys to a national championship.
I would not expect Mullen and staff to be finished yet, but what they are building is looking more and more special every day.
