Florida will beat Missouri on the road

The evidence: This week will be rife with stories about this game, so I won’t get into too much detail.

However, the Tigers have lost three in a row — Vanderbilt, Kentucky and No. 5 Georgia — and their offense has put up just 21 points in those three games.

Defensively, on the other hand, has given up 77 points.

Again, Vanderbilt, Kentucky and Georgia. Only Georgia stands out because Kentucky and Vanderbilt are simply not very good.

Florida football, on the other hand, has done some damage despite losing to Georgia two weeks ago. Some might consider Saturday’s blasting of Vanderbilt to be the Gators shaking the dirt off their shoulders and forging ahead.

Buy or sell: I don’t like to deal in absolutes, especially in college football.

One thing to consider is the fact that Missouri lost all three of those games on the road. They are 5-0 at home, which could just mean they are terrible on the road.

I honestly do think Florida football will beat Missouri, but I’m cautiously optimistic.

The running game has to get better and Trask has to learn it’s okay to run with the football.

Defensively, I think we are fine and we have all the receiving pieces to make lives of those in the Missouri secondary hellish.

Next. Gators rebound, thrash Vanderbilt. dark

Remember, No. 11 Florida will play at Missouri at noon Saturday.
