Florida football: Gators injury report ahead of LSU game

Very little has changed in the Florida football injury report ahead of Saturday’s top-10 showdown at LSU.

Florida football still has a few key players out for its game Saturday at LSU.

But, players like C.J. Henderson and Jabari Zuniga, while still on the injured list, are likely to be in the lineup Saturday.

Florida football quarterback Kyle Trask is also on the injured list but will play Saturday.

Here’s the latest Florida injury report ahead of Saturday’s top-10 matchup with LSU in Baton Rouge.

Luke Ancrum, defensive line

Defensive lineman Luke Ancrum is serving a suspension for violating Florida football team rules. The length of that suspension is not known.

Feleipe Franks, quarterback

Junior quarterback Feleipe Franks suffered a season-ending ankle injury against Kentucky. He has already had surgery on the ankle and is currently undergoing rehabilitation.

C.J. McWilliams, defensive back

Florida defensive back C.J. McWilliams is out for the season after suffering a ruptured Achilles.

Kadarius Toney, wide receiver

Florida wide receiver Kadarius Toney suffered a left shoulder injury and has been out the last two games. He is expected to be back in the lineup in early November.

Questionable

Amari Burney, utility

Amari Burney has an unspecified injury and it is not yet known if he will be available for Saturday’s Florida football game with LSU.

C.J. Henderson, defensive back

Florida football defensive back C.J. Henderson is on the questionable list for Saturday’s game after an ankle injury.

Jaewon Taylor, defensive back

Defensive back Jaewon Taylor recently suffered a shoulder injury and it is not known whether he will be available for Saturday’s game at LSU.

Dameon Pierce, running back

Florida running back Dameon Pierce suffered a head injury on a collision against Auburn. It is not been established as to whether he will be available against LSU.

Jabari Zuniga, defensive line

Defensive lineman Jabari Zuniga has missed the last three games with a sprained left ankle. He suited up but did not play against Auburn. He is still listed as questionable for Saturday’s game at LSU.

Probable

Trask, quarterback

Florida quarterback Kyle Trask suffered a left knee injury against Auburn. Although he returned to play in the win over the Tigers, he is listed as probable against LSU and will play, according to head coach Dan Mullen.
