Northwestern State (0-2) at No. 4 LSU (2-0)

When and where: 7 p.m. Saturday at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

On the air: SEC Network with Tom Hart, Jordan Rodgers and Cole Cubelic.

Outlook: The biggest storyline here is that LSU head coach Ed Orgeron is facing his alma mater in Northwestern State. Past that, that’s it. The Tigers jumped to No. 4 in the latest polls after a 45-38 win over then-No. 9 Texas in Austin. The game showed just how strong LSU really is and how they could compete with No. 2 Alabama later this season. LSU quarterback Joe Burrow torched the Longhorns for 471 yards and four touchdowns while the Tiger defense did give up 409 yards in passing to Texas, they held the Longhorns to just 121 yards on the ground.

The Last Line: Yeah, there isn’t much to say about this game. Kick-off is at 7 p.m. The game should be done by around 7:30.
