Demarcus Robinson, Junior

Talk about bringing fireworks to a party in The Swamp.

Demarcus Robinson provides that lighting that the Gators offense will rely on this year.

In 2014, Robinson had 821 yards on just 54 receptions, netting him an average of 15.2 yards a catch.

Robinson was tied for fourth in receptions and was fifth in receiving yards in the SEC.

We might as well starting calling Robinson “smoke bombs” since defenses tend to lose him in a cloud of smoke in a blink of an eye (I’m being very corny today).

The former 4-star recruit tied the school record with 15 receptions in a single game against Kentucky last year.

It looks like Robinson will be the Gators go-to receiver this year, so expect more of last year’s fireworks in a 2015 encore.
