These lingering issues from 2024 can't carry over if Florida wants to win in 2025

Snap count distribution needs to make sense

One of the more under-the-radar issues with Florida in 2024 was their seemingly random distribution of snap counts at times. This can go in two different directions.

The first is Napier having this habit of just randomly giving snaps to guys who clearly aren't up to snuff. We're not going to run around and name names in large part because some of these guys should have never been put in the position they were. But Napier was giving 20+ snaps to guys in key spots who would struggle to make a depth chart in the Big South.

The other direction the snap count conundrum can go is just getting optimal formations on the field based on the talent on this roster. The primary critique of Napier being insistent on using two tight ends as often as he does is that Florida doesn't have elite enough tight ends to justify how often they are on the field.

And given the cache of skill players Napier has assembled for 2025, it would seem to make sense to get those guys on the field more often.
