The Florida Gators have had 31 players enter the transfer portal as of now. Some of these were walk-ons or depth guys who simply want playing time somewhere else, while others are hoping to find a higher-profile program.

As of now, 14 of the 31 players have found a new home, while multiple others are still in the process of taking visits.

Players with a New School

  • Tarvorise Brown — North Carolina
  • Michai Boireau — Ole Miss
  • Jordan Castell — Kentucky
  • Hayden Craig — LSU
  • KD Daniels — Wake Forest
  • Sharif Denson — Ole Miss
  • Teddy Foster — USF
  • Aaron Gates — Kentucky
  • Jamroc Grimsley — Mississippi State
  • Hayden Hansen — Oklahoma
  • Tank Hawkins — Washington State
  • Grayson Howard — USF
  • Aidan Mizell — UCLA
  • Jackson Wade — Boston College
  • Eugene Wilson — LSU

Within the group of players who have found a new home, Michai Boireau is the biggest loss. He had a ton of snaps over the past two seasons, and his iconic moment came when he intercepted Mississippi State.

Wide receivers Eugene Wilson and Aidan Mizell staying in the Power Four feels right and both could have breakout years in 2026 under the right system.

Hayden Hansen winding up at Oklahoma feels like the biggest disconnect between fan opinion and where the player himself has landed. For example, KD Daniels at Wake Forest or Grayson Howard at USF is the type of move that makes sense. Hansen moving on to a playoff team from 2025 is an upgrade for him.

Players Without a New School (Destination TBD)

  • Josiah Davis
  • Chad Gasper Jr.
  • Ja'Kobi Jackson
  • Cameron Kossmann
  • DJ Lagway
  • Devon Manuel
  • Naeshaun Montgomery
  • Marcus Mascoll
  • Mack Mulhern
  • Evan Noel
  • Noel Portnjagin
  • Mike Peterson Jr.
  • Muizz Tounkara
  • Enoch Wangoy
  • Treyaun Webb
  • Jayden Woods

Jayden Woods is the most sought-after name on this list and has plenty of suitors. Florida is trying to keep him.

Obviously, DJ Lagway is going to be the name who draws the most headlines, but the list of visits he seems to be lining up is all with schools with a lower profile than Florida.
