Super Bowl Sunday is upon us, and Florida Football is guaranteed to have someone lift the Lombardi Trophy by the end of the night as the Gators have two members on the Kansas City Chiefs and two on the Philadelphia Eagles.

In terms of a prop bet, there is really one option, as C.J. Gardner-Johnson has a couple of intriguing bets on the board for The Big Game.

Florida Football: Bet On It

There are two prop bets for Gardner-Johnson. The first is whether or not he will get an interception in the game, and he has +500 odds to pull it off.

This isn't a terrible stab in the dark to take, as Gardner-Johnson had six interceptions during the regular season, third-best in the NFL. Patrick Mahomes was also throwing a ton of interceptions to open the season, though he hasn't thrown one since November against the Bills.

A $10 bet would profit $50 if this were to hit.

The other more dicey option is whether he will hit 4.5 tackles + assists. The over on this had odds of -130 while the under has +100.

To close out the regular season, Gardner-Johnson was under this mark in five of his final six games. But in the playoffs, he went over this number against the Rams and Commanders.

Buffalo safety Cole Bishop had ten total tackles in the AFC Championship, so there is a pathway for Gardner-Johnson to get called into action.

Approach this prop bet with caution.

As a freshman at Florida, Gardner-Johnson played all 14 games, starting the final seven. He earned Outback Bowl MVP honors with two interceptions, one returned for a touchdown. He started all 11 games as a sophomore and switched to nickelback before his junior year. In 2018, he declared for the NFL Draft and was drafted in the 4th round by New Orleans.
