Year four of the Billy Napier Era has been a complete flop. All the talk of the Gators being ready to Spot The Ball and being a dark horse contender for the playoffs and fallen apart leading into the first bye week.

The Gators have fallen to 1-3 on the season after losing to Miami 26-7 on a night when the Gators couldn't even manage 150 yards on offense.

At this point, what more is there to say about Napier that hasn't been said already, but that didn't stop social media from having a field day with the loss to Miami.

DJ Lagway struggles too

DJ Lagway looks like a shell of himself this season. He too came into the season as a darkhorse Heisman candidate, but has regressed to the point where he would struggle to get a starting spot with a G5 squad.

Lagway had just 12 completions for 61 yards. On the bright side, at least he didn't throw five interceptions like last week.

So there is that.

1-3

There really isn't much hope for Florida moving forward in 2025. The team looks lost on offense and there was just no juice from the squad all night.

Why Billy Napier hasn't been fired yet? Who knows.
