It has been frustrating just how close but out of reach LSU has been over the last few years. Every year the Gators are in position but inevitably implode for a frustrating loss.
This year, despite giving up the most yards in the history of the Florida Gators, Florida did have a lead at one point in the second half.
With Jayden Daniels departing, there is reason to believe that Florida will be able to hang around in this game.
Whether or not they can close it out is another story.
At least LSU will be coming off playing Alabama the previous week.
