Calloway's experience and tactical acumen complement Napier's vision, and should help Napier with his overall game management.

Napier also overhauled his defensive staff over the offseason, with Rob Roberts serving as his right-hand man on defense, and if that side of the ball can showcase any improvement, the wins will follow.
