The Kansas City Chiefs are heading back to the Super Bowl and several former member of Florida football are slated to make their way to Las Vegas to take on the San Francisco 49ers in two weeks.

But one former Gator who made a huge play in last year's Super Bowl appears to be in no mood to join the squad this time around.

Florida Football: Human Joystick

It's been a rough year for Kadarius Toney since his opening night debacle against the Detroit Lions. After some high profile drops during the first game of the season, Toney never got his season on track and finished the regular season with just 27 catches for 169 yards.

He was front and center on the NFL world when he was called for offside during a last minute play against the Buffalo Bills, and following their win over the New England Patriots, Toney has been listed as out ever since with a hip injury.

Heading into the AFC Championship Game, Toney was also listed as being out for "Personal Reason," which turned out to be the birth of his daughter.

Perhaps it was the stress of bringing life into the world, but Toney opted to take to Instagram Live to claim that the injury part of his designation isn't quite true.

As transcribed by Awful Announcing:

"‘F*** out of here. All these p****** try to play me. B****-a** n******. …I don’t f*** with y’all. …Y’all reading this cap-a** s***, you can believe it, I don’t give a f***. …Man, this s***-a** cap. I’m not hurt. None of that s***. Ain’t that s***. Suck my d***. I’m good. I’m not hurt, none of that. …It go from hip to ankle to this to that.”"

Kadarius Toney

This is NFL after all and it is possible the Chiefs are playing games with Toney's injury status for salary cap gain.

It is also hard to feel sorry for Toney given the season that he has had. There were high hopes Toney was going to realize his full potential this season, especially after his punt return in last year's Super Bowl was one of the turning points in the game.

Instead, Toney has been far too susceptible to drops and going on Instagram to accuse your own team of lying as they prepare to head to another Super Bowl is a good way to ensure Toney won't be heading to the Super Bowl this season.
