Trevor Etienne made headlines across the college football landscape when he transferred from Florida Football to join the Georgia Bulldogs.

As first reported by Lance McCurley of UGA Sports, Etienne was arrested before the break of dawn on Sunday on four misdemeanor charges:

  • Reckless driving
  • Affixing materials that reduce visibility of windows/windshield
  • Failure to maintain lane/improper driving on road
  • DUI-Alcohol-less safe

According to court documents, Etienne was released on $1,833 bond.

Etienne joins an ever growing list of Georgia players and staff to be arrested/ticketed for driving offenses. The Associated Press noted in September that 14 players were ticketed or arrested between January of 2023 and September of 2023.

Florida is slated to play Georgia in Jacksonville on November 2.
