The Florida Gators enter their firsr NCAA tournament apperance since 2021 with the goal of their first Final Four apperance since 2014.

The Todd Golden Era is officially off and running as the Gators are embarking on an NCAA tournament apperance in his second season as head coach since taking over for Mike White.

Florida missed the tournament in 2022 and 2023, but also have not advanced past the first weekend since their run to the Elite Eight in 2017.

Coming off an apperance in the SEC Tournament championship game, Golden and crew are hoping for a deep run and have been pegged as a team to keep an eye on

Historically speaking, the Gators have been a solid tournament team, only getting bounced from the tournament in the first round five times in 23 overall appearances.

Based upon official NCAA records, Florida had their wins in 1986 and 1987 vaccated, making their all-time offical record 45-18 in the tournament.
