Florida Football in good shape to land wide receiver Joshua Moore
After a somewhat slow and methodical start to their 2025 recruiting class, Florida Football appears on the verge of getting a wave of prospects similar to what they had around this time last year.
And over the weekend the Gators got a number of predictions logged for them to land a four-star wide receiver.
Florida Football: Moore Receivers
Joshua Moore is a wide receiver out of Pembroke Pines listed at 6'4" and 205 pounds. He is considered a top 60 overall prospect by On3, ESPN and Rivals have him as a four-star, while 247 still has him as a three-star prospect.
Based on film there is no questioning that Moore is a four-star prospect. His catch radius and athleticism should play well at the next level. He had over 1,000 yards receiving his sophomore season and over 800 yards this past season with West Broward High.
Moore took official visits to Miami and Georgia, but it appears his final two are Florida and FSU, both of whom he also took visits with. Moore was in Gainesville for his visit the first week of June. With his decision slated to come this week, both 247 and On3 have logged projections that Moore is going to commit to the Gators
If Moore does choose the Gators, he could wind up as a trio of highly regarded receivers to wind up in Gainesville. Vernell Brown III and Naeshaun Montgomery have also had projections logged in their favor to wind up in Gainesville and the three receivers combined would make a respectable 2025 receiver class for Billy Napier and crew.
