Florida Football: Billy Napier's SEC Media Day appearance date announced

The annual event will take place in Dallas this year

The offseason cycle for Florida Football is in full swing, and given that it is almost March, that can only mean one thing: appearance dates for SEC Media Days have been announced.

The SEC sent out a release today with scheduled dates for the four-day event, and Billy Napier will be slated to speak on July 17, a Wednesday. No word yet on what time he will speak, but he will appear on the same day as Kalen DeBoer of Alabama, Jeff Lebby of Mississippi State, and Steve Sarkisian of Texas.

If one has seen Napier's prior appearances at SEC Media Days then one knows not to expect anything crazy from Napier. He tends to stay reserved and close to the vest. He will probably have to field some questions about job security, but given he is speaking on the same day as Alabama and Texas, it almost works to his favor when it comes to the headlines that will be generated from the day.
