Right Tackle

  • Incumbent - Damieon George
  • Contenders - Brandon Crenshaw-Dickson, Devon Manuel, Roderick Kearney

Damieon George took almost every snap at right tackle for the Gators in 2024, yet he feels like he is one of the more likely Gators to be replaced for the new season. The word on George is that he projects better as a guard than he does as a tackle, so it is possible he still sees the field in 2024 even if he isn't the right tackle.

Devon Manuel comes to town from Arkansas and should make a big push for the tackle position.

Brandon Crenshaw-Dickson is also promising out of San Diego State, it just remains to be seen if he can step into the SEC and be productive.

Also don't rule out Roderick Kearney, who redshirted last season but was a top 150 overall prospect in the class of 2023. Kearney played tackle in high school, though the belief is that he too works better as a guard.
