As the NBA Draft starts to come into focus, the Florida Gators will almost for sure be represented by Walter Clayton Jr. in the first round. The latest mock draft from Yahoo has Clayton going to the Orlando Magic.

Alex Condon is also someone who would probably get drafted if he stays in the draft, but he will have to make a choice about whether he wants to come back to Gainesville or not. Yahoo has him as a mid-second-round pick to San Antonio if he stays.

But there is one more Gator who hasn't been on the radar, who popped up on Yahoo's mock draft as a potential NBA draft pick.

Florida Gators could have three players chosen in the NBA Draft

Alijah Martin was the glue guy for the Gators throughout their March Madness run, and Yahoo seems to think a team could take a stab at him with a late second-round pick.

Yahoo has him going as the 26th pick in the 2nd round to Memphis.

This is among the first times Martin has popped up on any meaningful mock draft, and of Martin they said:

"Martin is a hyper-athletic, high-energy guard who plays bigger than his size and impacts the game with his toughness, rebounding, and defensive grit. But his positional tweener status, streaky shooting, and limited creation ability complicate his ability to carve out a specialized role."

At 6'2", this is probably fair, but keep in mind that Jalen Brunson of the New York Knicks is 6'2" and was drafted in the second round.

Martin does feel like a guy who can carve out 10-15 minutes a night as a defensive pest while he finds the rest of his game to suit the NBA. He was invited to the NBA Combine, so he is going to get a fair shot at impressing NBA scouts ahead of the June draft.
