As Florida noted, he becomes the first 200-yard rusher since 2004, just the seventh 200-yard rusher in Gators history, and now holds the most rushing yards ever by a sophomore in program history. He currently holds the fourth-most rushing yards in a game by any Gator.

Baugh balled out and showed that he is a true Gator legend in the making. His 266 yards are the most in a single game in program history against FSU, and he became the first Gator to get to 1,000 rushing yards in a season since 2015.
The 6’1”, 231lb sophomore from Georgia is gaining NFL notice and could find himself as a top prospect for being drafted as part of the class of 2027.. He averaged five yards per carry, with his longest carry of the year at 26 yards, putting him at a career 1,843 yards on the ground.
In the air, Baugh had 33 receptions for 210 yards and two touchdowns this season. He averaged 6.4 yards per catch, and his longest was a 33 yard carry.
Also of impressive note was his ability to protect the football. Baugh had no fumbles in 2025.
Baugh spoke with the media after the game and spoke on reaching his 1,000 career mark.

“I’m doing something right,” said Baugh. “Being in a category with those guys is just amazing. I don’t think I’ve wrapped my head around it yet,” he noted. He spoke on how they set the standard and gave him something to strive for to keep the Gator talent alive and how he wanted to prove he could compete with the best.
“Tomorrow it’ll be very eye opening,” said Baugh on having the most rushing yards in the Gator vs Seminoles all-time series. That was just another accolade Baugh collected in his journey of a career and franchise-record night with the University of Florida.
Baugh notes being prepared and taking care of his body as giving him the ability to have the kind of game and season that he just had. From the offseason and into throughout the season, he said being strong and healthy gives him the ability to do well. He ends his sophomore year on a huge night and he will hope to carry that into 2026.
When asked about the future of the Gators and the incoming coaching change, the sophomore discussed being focused on the moment and enjoying the moment with the guys. This team has been together since day one and he said he they were focused on ending the season on a high note and they did just that.
