Former Florida Football star Kadarius Toney made Super Bowl history two years ago when he had the longest punt return in NFL history. The rest of his stint with the Kansas City Chiefs wasn't as smooth.

So, with the Chiefs getting clapped for all of America to see, Toney hoped on social media at halftime to point out that if Kansas City needed a spark, he knew a guy.

Florida Football: Remember Me

With Kansas City getting clapped by Philadelphia, Toney took to Instagram to put on his story a Batman spotlight to passively ask Chiefs fans, "Hey, do you miss me now?"

Toney joined the Kansas City Chiefs in October 2022 via trade and made an immediate impact, scoring his first NFL touchdown in Week 10. His biggest moment came in Super Bowl LVII, where he set a record with a 65-yard punt return and scored a key touchdown, helping the Chiefs win.

However, his 2023 season was marred by inconsistency, injuries, and controversy, including costly drops and a disputed offside penalty. He missed the playoffs and later accused the team of misreporting his injury. After a second Super Bowl win, the Chiefs declined his option, and he was released in August 2024.

He spent the bulk of the 2024 season on the practice squad with Cleveland, though he did get activated to the main roster in Decemeber.

Toney was a three-star recruit who chose Florida over several offers. Initially a reserve, he played multiple roles before breaking out as a senior in 2020. That year, he led the Gators with 70 receptions for 984 yards and 10 touchdowns while contributing as a runner and returner. He earned second-team All-America honors, first-team All-SEC recognition, and was a finalist for the Paul Hornung Award as one of college football’s most versatile players.
