Once upon a time, Jaden Rashada was Billy Napier's pized flip early in his tenure with Florida Football. The QB out of California flipped from Miami and was all set to become a Gator.

What has played out since is a player who continues to make headlines for what he does off the field, as he has rarely been seen on it. And after a stop in Athens for the 2024 season, Rashada is taking his show back on the road for 2025.

Florida Football: Traveling Circus

Rashada is back in the transfer portal, and wherever he lands will be the 5th school he has committed to in under three years.

We don't need to rehash the entire Rashda Saga, but he committed to Miami in June of 2022, flipped to Florida in November of 2022, had his NIL deal go south and wound up at Arizona State for 2023, got beat out in the spring of 2024 for the starting job in Tempe, transferred to Georgia, got beat out for the backup job in Athens, and is now back in the portal.

Even though Rashada was only committed to Florida for a couple of months, his name keeps getting linked with the Gators as he tried to sue Napier back in May over the failed NIL deal.

The problem for Rashada is that he hasn't exactly proven Florida made the wrong choice to walk away from the deal. By the start of the 2025 season, Rashada will have committed to more teams than actual games appeared in. He played three games for Arizona State in 2023.

And wherever he goes, he presumably would have to win a quarterback battle to get a starting job in 2025, and he lost his last two quarterback battles.

Rashada still has three years of eligibility left.
