The wide receiver room for Florida Football has a ton of high-end potential after landing Vernell Brown and Dallas Wilson as part of the class of 2025. Florida also landed Naeshaun Montgomery and Muizz Tounkara as part of their haul.
But in Gainesville, you can never have too many wide receivers, and Florida is set to get a visit from a prospect from North Carolina.
Florida Football: Catch The Ball
Brody Keefe is a wide receiver listed at 6'2" and 185 pounds from Charlotte, NC. All four major services have Keefe listed as a three-star prospect, and his 247 Composite ranking has him pegged 440th in the country.
On film Keefe does have a good catch radius and isn't afraid to catch the ball in traffic. He has a solid awareness of where to sit in a zone and can be slippery once the ball is in his hands.
The three-star rating is probably fair for now as some of his releases don't have the same level of explosiveness as some other four-stars, but he has a length that should translate into a rotational player in the SEC.
Keefe is lining of a string of unofficial visits. According to both 247 and On3, he is slated to take a visit to Florida in March. The Gators originally offered Keefe last August.
The wide receiver is also slated to take visits to Georgia and Notre Dame during the spring. He also recently attended a Junior Day for Duke.
So, while Keefe doesn't have the eye-popping star rating as some other prospects, he also has offers from Tennessee, Michigan, and Ohio State. The On3 RPM model also has South Carolina as a contender for his commitment.
Florida currently has three players committed to their class of 2026: QB Will Griffin, DB Jaelen Waters, and S Devin Jackson.
