This weekend is a massive recruiting weekend for Florida Football before the dead period begins. The Gators have had a host of prospects come through Gainesville over the past few weeks as they hope to gain momentum for their class of 2026.
One of the headliners of the class of 2026 nationally is slated to be in town this weekend and would be a massive addition if the Gators can eventually land him.
Florida Football: In A Flash
Bralan Womack is a safety from Brandon, MS. Listed at 6'0" and 195 pounds, Womack is considered a top 75 prospect by all four major services, with 247 and ESPN ranking him 24th overall.
On film, Womack is a two-way player whose more impressive clips come as a wide receiver. He's more of a stop-and-go route runner, but when he goes, he explodes. In one clip, he runs a slow-motion jet sweep, is dead to rights for a 10-yard loss, yet wiggles away for an eventual first down.
As a safety, he doesn't necessarily blow guys up like some other prospects, but his athleticism and read of the game are on display on several interceptions.
Womack does have solid speed with long, galloping strides and has a PR in the 100-meter dash of 11.03 seconds.
We agree most with the On3 or Rivals rankings, which have him graded between 50th and 75th overall.
Womack is slated to be in Gainesville this week based on reports from On3 and Swamp247. He has offers from FSU, Auburn, Texas, Texas A&M, Michigan, and Ohio State among others. Florida initially offered Womack last January.
New safeties coach Vinnie Sunseri has a chance to hit the ground running if he can get momentum with Womack, and we'll see after this weekend where Florida stands with the highly coveted prospect.
