Since being fired as head coach of Florida Football, Dan Mullen has been living the good life. He's in his third season as an analyst for ESPN and he isn't shy to send out pictures on social media of himself enjoying a spot on the beach or by a pool.

But like a lot of people who get dumped, Mullen likes to check in on his ex from time to time. And while he is not always talking about his ex, make no mistake that he is always taking notes.

Florida Football: Room For Improvement

We have chronicled several times on this site that just because Billy Napier has been a trainwreck for Florida, it doesn't absolve how quickly things deteriorated for Dan Mullen.

At the core of it all is the fact that Mullen didn't recruit at a championship level. He could scheme his way past a ton of opponents, but once matched against Georgia, Alabama, and LSU, the talent disparity was too much to overcome.

Add in the fact that Mullen has been content sitting in a TV studio for three years, and there are reasons why he was never going to win a national championship in Florida.

But the abject failure that has been the Billy Napier Era has been cathartic for Mullen. He has had a tendency to like and retweet things that compare his regime to Napier's and Thursday was no different.

Rivals tweeted out a graphic that compared the winning percentages of Mullen and Napier, and it paints a picture that for as much as we chastized Mullen, it never sank to the levels we've seen it sink under Napier.

Well, take a wild guess who retweeted out this graphic?

Yeah...

But hey, while Napier has sent two players out with the same number, 12 men on the field for a field goal attempt, gave up 4th and 17, got booed at halftime with a 14-point lead, had opposing coaching admit they predicted all his plays, has only beaten three teams with a winning record, and has the 51st ranked recruiting class, at least he never had a player throw a shoe.

It's the little things in life.
