Besides the play on the field, one of the moments that had everyone talking coming out of the Florida-Georgia game were two incidents that took place in the stands. Two separate vital videos painted a picture of police officers going rouge and beating up fans.

In an effort at transparency, body cam footage has been released that adds key context to the incidents and what led up to those moments.

Film Don't Lie

The first incident, which didn't gain as much initial traction, shows a fan towards the top of the stadium. In the viral video, the fan is tased by the police, and a comment on Instagram tried to claim the dispute was over a ticket issue.

The longer body cam video highlights a number of racial slurs being used, among other issues that include the suspect trying to grab the officer's gun, which led to the fan being tased.

The second incident that went viral was from the lower bowl of the stands. The initial viral video picks up with the fans already on the ground. The body cam video shows police walking down, asking a couple of fans to leave, and after a brief argument, the fans were detained on the ground.

In a statement on X, Jacksonville Sherrif's Office said:

"In the first incident, the suspect was asked multiple times to leave and threatened the officers attempting to remove him. The suspect later grabbed one officer's firearm.

In the second incident, three suspects were asked to leave due to aggressive behavior toward other fans. They then became combative with officers, with one individual grabbing an officer's face and holding onto his service belt"
