Florida Football Top Wide Receivers

Raymond Cottrell

  • Texas A&M
  • 2023 – Redshirt

Cottrell was a mid-level four-star receiver who was high on Florida’s board last recruiting season.

Listed in high school at 6’2″ and 202 pounds, Cottrell is a prototypical receiver that Gators’ wide receiver coach Billy Gonzales normally goes after.

As we know, Florida had three talented receivers make up their class of 2023, headlined by Tre Wilson, so Cottrell’s choice to go to Texas A&M wasn’t the end of the world.

As it was, Cottrell caught one pass with the Aggies in 2023 and redshirted the season. With Jimbo Fisher gone, Cottrell is in the transfer portal.

So, while he is still an unknown product in the college ranks if a former top 200 prospect is interested, you make that phone call.
