Florida football recruiting: Gators hosting multiple flip targets this weekend
By Will Thomas
Florida football recruiting is looking for a few more big names to add to their 2024 recruiting class to solidify it as one of the best in the country.
This weekend against Florida State provides Billy Napier and his staff with a great weekend to host elite prospects and make a good impression.
Today, when the Gators take on the Noles, a number of the Gators’ top commits will be in attendance, as well as some very important flip targets.
Here’s every recruit in the 2024 class that will be in The Swamp tonight.
Florida football recruiting: Let’s cause some chaos
If the Gators can flip any one of the recruits committed elsewhere that will be in Gainesville tomorrow, it would be a huge win on the trail. There are four flip targets that will be in attendance tomorrow.
Jeremiah Smith – 5-star WR, Ohio State commit
Jameer Grimsley – 4-star CB, Alabama commit
Dealyn Evans – 4-star DL, Texas A&M commit
Charles Lester III – 4-star CB, FSU commit
Obviously, Smith is the guy that you want the most out of that group. But any one of them would be a big addition to the Gators’ class, and help to re-establish the momentum that they had on the trail over the past couple of months.
The rest of the 2024 Gator commits that will be in attendance are here:
LJ McCray – 5-star DL
Xavier Filsaime – 5-star S
Myles Graham – 4-star LB
Izaiah Williams – 4-star WR
Tawaski Abrams – 4-star WR
Amir Jackson – 4-star TE
Kahnen Daniels – 4-star RB
Kendall Jackson – 4-star DL
Adarius Hayes – 4-star LB
Aaron Chiles – 4-star LB
Teddy Foster – 3-star CB
Josiah Davis – 3-star S
Marcus Mascoll – 3-star OL
Florida will also host a pair of uncommitted prospects tomorrow in Zay Mincey and Gregory Smtih III.
This is a big recruiting weekend for the Gators and could provide them with some big adds to their already elite 2024 class.
