Florida Football: Four red flags for the Gators moving forward

Florida Football Red Flags: Special Teams

As we wrote yesterday, it is easy to blame GameChangers coordinator Chris Couch for all the problems on special teams.

But the problems run deeper than what Couch can control.

Florida employs Couch as an off-field analyst, limiting what he is able to do.

So whether or not Couch stays on board or leaves, it doesn’t fix the fact that Napier doesn’t have a dedicated on-field coach for Florida football special teams.

That’s not something that gets fixed mid-season.
