Florida Football Confidence Meter Week 13: FSU

  • Last season: FSU won 45-38
  • HFH Confidence Meter Preseason: 55%
  • HFH Confidence Meter Last Week: 45%
  • HFH Confidence Meter Presently: 50%

After its near escape against Boston College, one could chalk the game up as a one-off poor performance.

But in back-to-back weeks, FSU has survived because the other team screwed up.

Against the Eagles, it was a missed extra point, along with 18 Boston College penalties, that helped FSU survive.

Against Clemson, it was the Tigers having to rely on a dude who should have been in a New York high-rise doing business deals to make a 29-yard field goal.

FSU has a super soft schedule the rest of the way, but they have not looked impressive since their opening night win over LSU.
