Florida Football Confidence Meter Week 9: Georgia

  • Last Season: Georgia won 42-20
  • HFH Confidence Meter Preseason: 5%
  • HFH Confidence Meter Last Week: 6%
  • HFH Confidence Meter Presently: 7%

We still don’t think the Gators will be Georgia, but they are slowly letting the door creep open to illicit a sense of hope that Florida’s offense could keep them at bay.

Georgia didn’t get off to the strongest of starts in the first quarter for the second straight week.

Eventually, the freight train got moving and ran over Ball State 45-3.

If we are honest, this is the pattern they followed last year, where they kept looking like they could be vulnerable but were seldom actually threatened.

Georgia’s defense is still going to be a massive issue for the Gators, but this Georgia offense isn’t striking fear in our hearts just yet.
