Florida Football Confidence Meter Week 13: FSU

  • Last season: FSU won 45-38
  • HFH Confidence Meter Preseason: 55%
  • HFH Confidence Meter Presently: 40%

Fair is fair, FSU smacked LSU around in the second half in Orlando to become the Tiger King.

Now we listed confidence in the preseason because this is the same FSU squad that Florida was 26 yards away from going to overtime with last season, and this game is in Gainesville this season.

And while we didn’t think highly of LSU heading into the game, which inflates this win for FSU, the big area of concern after week one is that FSU’s defensive line turned LSU into a turnstile.

Florida’s biggest weakness against Utah beyond the fixable penalties…

Yeah, it could be a problem if the offensive line for Florida doesn’t get fixed.

As it stands right now, given their schedule, FSU is probably going to be 11-0 coming into this game.
