I have the receivers down at seven in part for the same reason I ranked the tight ends low: they won’t be the focus of the offense. But I have them higher due to the amount of raw talent that’s in the room, and the potential that so many of these guys have.

The leader of the group is Ricky Pearsall, who’s entering his second year with the Gators after transferring from Arizona State. He caught 33 passes for 661 yards and five touchdowns in a run-heavy offense with Anthony Richardson last season.

This year will be similar, but Pearsall’s influence on the field will still be strong enough that defenses have to respect him, even though they can’t cover him.

Jaquavion Fraziers is back this fall as well, and he has shown us flashes of what he can do, especially in the red zone.

The most exciting part of that room though is the three freshmen that Napier was able to bring in as parts of the 2023 recruiting class.

Andy Jean, Aidan Mizell, and Eugene Wilson have all been wowing coaches and their teammates in camp, and are proven athletes that have alien capabilities.

All three of them have real track speed, and they each bring their own extra element to the field as well. Jean has the biggest frame of the bunch to bully corners, Wilson has a surprising amount of strength for a smaller guy, and Mizell has the length to go up and catch 50-50 balls.

There’s a lot of potential in that WR room, and they’ll make the most of every opportunity that they get.
