Florida Football: Gators will keep a top-five recruiting class

“JuST waIT UnTIL thE GAmEs aRE PLAyEd.”

If you believe opposing fan bases, the Gators are going to have their recruiting class for 2024 fall apart once the games start being played and Florida takes a loss or two.

As we have chronicled, it is not unlikely that Florida football goes somewhere in the range of 7-5 this season.

Given Napier’s vision for foundation building, combined with the fact that Florida has a ridiculous schedule, recruits are not going to bail en mass if Florida goes 6-6 or better.

The only realistic pathway this recruiting class falls apart is if Napier somehow gets fired (unlikely) or it turns out Florida Victorious had heavy stock options in LifeWallet.

You never know.
