Conclusion

If I were voting for the Heisman in 2008, I would have voted for Sam Bradford. He was everything you wanted in a Heisman winner. He won big games, he had the stats to back it up, and his team was successful. He was rightfully voted as the Heisman winner.

But I understand why some people believe that Tim Tebow should have won. Now that the 2008 season is complete, there is an argument to be made that Tim Tebow should have won. Tim Tebow was playing tougher defenses on a weekly basis and beat Sam Bradford head-to-head in the National Championship game and brought home the title for Florida football.

As they always say: “Hindsight is 20/20.”
